Our team will contact you 24 hours prior to your visit to confirm your appointment and answer any questions. Prior to your arrival, you will receive detailed instructions for any required pre-medications or hydration protocols.
We guarantee your therapy will begin within 20 minutes of your scheduled arrival. After a quick check-in, you will receive a tour of the facility and be escorted to your preference of a private or community infusion room. Feel free to bring your favorite snacks and beverages, or enjoy our complimentary refreshments and entertainment options.
After your infusion, your nurse will have a discharge meeting to answer any final questions and schedule your next therapy session, if required. You'll also receive a follow-up call the next day from your infusion therapy ambassador. All information is automatically and securely transmitted to your referring physician to ensure your care is perfectly coordinated.
